After registration and unlocking, press the universal power button to turn on the mask device.
How do I turn off the FAQ™ 200 Series?
The device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of being on. You can also press and hold the universal power button for 3 seconds to turn off the mask device.

1. How should first care be initiated?
First, clean and dry face, then apply serum until fully absorbed. Then, adjust the tightness of the headband to fix the mask instrument on the face. Then, press the universal power button to turn on the mask device, short press again to switch the color light, and you can also choose more preset care modes through the FAQ™ Swissapp. After 15 minutes, the mask meter will automatically turn off.
2. How often should I use the FAQ™ 200 Series? For best results, we recommend using 3-5 times a week, and daily use once skin tolerance is established. In view of the powerful skin-beautifying effect of FAQ™ Skin Beautifying Mask, we recommend that you do not use FAQ™ 200 series for more than 20 minutes at a time.

1How to pair the FAQ™ 200 series with the FAQ™ SWISS APP? First, download the FAQ™ Swiss app from your tablet or mobile phone and turn on Bluetooth. Then press and hold the universal power button for 3 seconds, and the white indicator light of the mask instrument will flash to indicate entering the Bluetooth pairing mode. Follow the prompts on the APP to complete the pairing. (Note: The mask instrument must be turned off before Bluetooth pairing).
2. Can the FAQ™ 200 series be used without connecting to the APP? Yes, you can use the mask device offline without the FAQ™ Swiss app. You can switch the color light by pressing the universal power button. But you need to register and activate the device via the FAQ™ Swiss app when you use it for the first time.
3. What are the benefits of using the FAQ™ SWISS APP? The FAQ™ Swissa app provides a variety of preset nursing modes and online experience functions. You can also make advanced settings according to your preferences, so that you can use it the next time you turn it on.
