How to use:   

Smoothing Body Exfoliant
Use 2-3 times weekly.
Massage gently into your dry skin before showering or bathing. Leave on your skin for a few minutes to ensure that the product works to its optimum before rinsing off. Follow with the Nourishing Body Wash and AMELIORATE Transforming Body Lotion.

Squeeze the body wash into your hand and lather over your wet skin. Rinse well after use. Follow with the Transforming Body Lotion.
