Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Applicable shipping costs and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. If you pay in a currency other than GBP, your bank may apply its own exchange rate.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Orders & Dispatch

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Most orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods, processing may take 2-3 business days. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at checkout — changes may not be possible once dispatch has begun.

Shipping

UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery (5-7 business days). Tracked UK delivery is available from £5 (3-5 business days). International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Some products ship directly from authorised suppliers in South Korea, Japan, or the USA — please allow 7-10 business days for these items. All shipments are insured and trackable.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are beyond the control of GlamGlobal.

Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders of 10 or more units of the same product are classified as bulk orders and are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected.
