Order Processing

Most orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. During peak periods, processing may take up to 2-3 business days.

Need to change or cancel an order? Email info@glamglobal.co.uk as quickly as possible. Because we dispatch fast, we may not be able to make changes once your order has been packed — but we will always try.

UK Shipping

Free standard delivery on orders over £50. All UK orders ship with tracking.

• Standard (free over £50): 5-7 business days
• Tracked (from £5): 3-5 business days

Where Orders Ship From

GlamGlobal works with authorised suppliers in the UK, South Korea, Japan, and the USA. Your order may ship from any of these locations depending on the product. Regardless of origin, every shipment is fully insured and trackable.

For products shipping from Korea or the USA, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Any applicable import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — you will not be charged additional customs fees on delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 7-14 business days
• USA and Canada: 10-21 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 14-30 business days
• Rest of world: varies by destination — contact us for estimates

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. GlamGlobal has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order dispatches, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status by logging into your GlamGlobal account.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days at info@glamglobal.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Orders

UK orders not received within 14 business days of dispatch, or international orders not received within 30 business days, should be reported to info@glamglobal.co.uk. All shipments are insured and we will arrange a replacement or refund for genuinely lost orders.
