Can you take this twice a day?
It is recommended that 2 scoops (one serving) a day is the daily limit as the amount of caffeine within 2 scoops is 300mg and you want to be careful with your caffeine intake.
Can I take more than 2 scoops?
No, this is not recommended.
Does this make you tingly/jittery?
If you have a sensitivity to Betaine Anhydrous, this is a possibility.
