The cleanser is formulated with a blend of nourishing and purifying ingredients, including squalane and barley seed extract.
Squalane is biocompatible, this means that your skin recognises it and knows how to benefit from it, making it a super-beneficial ingredient. An emollient, squalane can help to increase your skin’s hydration, prevent moisture loss, and restore skin suppleness. It can also have anti-inflammatory effects on your skin thanks to its antioxidant properties.
The barley seed extract in this product has been upcycled by BIOEFFECT’s signature barley plants to fully utilise what they can extract from the seeds. Primarily consisting of barley beta glucan, this skin-soothing ingredient is known for its effect on the skin barrier and its ability to seal in moisture. It has been shown to provide your skin with calming and rejuvenating properties whilst also giving antioxidant benefits.

How to use:
Use 1-2 pumps, or more if needed. Warm the cleanser by rubbing your palms together for a few seconds. Spread the cleanser onto your dry skin and gently massage with your fingertips into your face to melt away makeup and impurities. Apply with care around your delicate eye area. After about 30-60 seconds, add a touch of water, then massage again briefly as the gel emulsifies into a silky cleansing milk. Rinse away with water to reveal clean, clear, and supple skin. Use in the morning as a facial cleanser, in the evening as a cleansing makeup remover, or as often as desired.
